crx front bumper interchangability
i was wondering what was the difference between the 88-89 and 90-91 front bumper supports are i know that the hf and dx/si have diferent reinforcements but will they still bolt on?
heres the info:
all bumpers are interchangable.
heres the catch:
you need to use the bumper support and bumper support brackets from what year the bumper is from.
example:
if your using a 90-91 front bumper on a 88-89 crx, you need to use the bumper support and bumper support brackets from a 90-91 crx.
by doing this, you dont need to modify any part of your existing support or bumper to fit properly.
but the best bumper support to use is an hf model, for it is light and can fit any year bumper, but sacrificing safety and rarity for an undamaged one.
