Cost of new ITR tranny?

anyone know how much the ITR tranny w/ lsd is new from acura? thanks.

the cost price to the dealers here in Canada is $1900cnd.

but expect to pay more

ya $2300 is WAY TOO MUCH.. i dont know exactly, ut i think they can be bought for $1500 or so BRand new from the dealer.

i know some guy that is selling a JDM ITR tranny for 1250 shipped from japan...its used though..he says everything is in good condition. i mean you can change the syncros on it and you'd still have a pretty good deal on a JDM tranny

you can either do it yourself if you are mechanically inclined, or any shop would be able to do it for you.
