LSD install?
Hey guys, i have to have my engine and tranny pulled for some work and am thinking about throwing an LSD in. What do you think is a reasonable price to pay for an install if the tranny is already out of the car?

Next to nothing considering all that has to be done is a ring gear change, new bearings and if necessary re-shim. It's all easy work.

Doesn't the countershaft have to be pulled out too? I mean, it's a bit of work since it has to be re-clipped in which is a pain. It's really not too bad. Once we had the transmission off, it took about 30 min
Anyone who's being paid to work on a honda transmission should be able to split the case in a matter of minutes, and once it's apart, the shafts just pull out. I'd say the hardest part of the whole job is lining the shafts and forks all back up before you put the case back together.
