Denso Spark Plug part number problem

I went to Autozone today to get some spark plugs for my GSR and the part numbers that they gave me for the plugs were the same ones that Denso's site gave me for the GSR. But, my Helms manual gives me another part number for the right plugs.
AutoZone and Denso gave me : PK20PR-L11
Helms manual gave me : PK20PR-L13
The thing that differs between these two plugs is the gap. Which one is the right one? Is the helms manual wrong or what? Also, Autozone didn't have the plug number recommended by Helms, what should I do????

PK20PR-L11 are the correct denso plugs for the GSR. On my JDM integra there is a sticker on the cam belt cover and the L11 denso plug is the correct one, or else the NGK BKR6E N11
Proper gappage is 1.3mm. Get the 13's.
Forgot to say that they probably gave you the part number for the B18A/B engine, which use a 1.1mm spark plug gap.

I asked them if they were sure on that, since the gap under my hood says .051 which would be 1.3 or the 13's.
I got a set first and gapped them to .051, then found that you are not supposed to gap platinum plugs. I went back and got another set and left the gap at .044, and the slight "shudder" that I was experiencing with the platinum plugs I gapped did not go away, so I'm wondering if I had the shutter before because I gapped platinum plugs, and then the second time because I have the incorrect gap.
I thought I may have lashed my valves too tight, but with all the spark plug dilemma, could that still be the problem, or should I go and recheck my valves?
