Painting Spoon Mirrors
Currently my mirrors are all painted like this:
But, I want them to have a black base like this:
What type of paint should I use to paint the base black?

Some sort of automotive paint.. Check autozone, or http://www.paintscratch.com.
Use a clearcoat, anything other than DupliColor.. Wetsand for the best out turn. Kind of a silly question.. Automotive paint.

The Charger came with a matte black color that closely matches what an unpainted Civic part might look like.
The same color can be used on front grilles which have accidentally been painted in.
