So I went to open my glove box and the damn handle broke off!!! Anybody know how I can get my glove box to open? Can I just replace the handle and not the whole glove box?

 

See if you can twist the rod with pliers to open it. Do it in the direction as if you were opening glove compartment (move pliers upward), it should pop open.

Replacement for the handle alone from the popular online dealerships is a few cents short of $20.00. Craigslist/eBay a full glove compartment, I'd suggest, and swap the handle (two screws, maybe some hidden hardware somewhere).

yeah it would probably be cheaper to get a new glovebox on ebay or here
