Hello all,

As title says. I have original LSD from 98 ITR that I would like to use in LS tranny.
I read that ringgear PCD is differenet between ITR and LS tranny and this setup will not fit.

As I understand it means that I will have to buy differnet pinion and ringear in order to fit the LSD from ITR into LS tranny. Now my question is:

For what tranny am I buying new final drive kit? for ITR box? Does this mean that pinion with the shaft for S80 ITR tranny will fit LS gears?

Use FD for GSR/ITR. LS gears will fit.

Bringing this back from Death, I need to know if the only thing that I need to change is the FD to make an ITR LSD into my LS Tranny. Thanks

 

yes...all hydro gears should be interchangable

 

you need to use the ITR LSD + ring gear (bolted to the LSD), as well as any hydraulic "VTEC" countershaft.
