Default How to get primer off?

Quite a long time ago, I took my car to a friend of a friend to get it painted, long story short, he was terrible, since then I've learned how to do everything myself. Ok, back when I took it into him, he started priming the fenders before the masking was done. So yes, he got primer overspray in my engine bay. Primairly where the strut towers are? Any suggestions to getting it off? It's just speckled along, not too bad, but serioulsy noticable because my engine bay is still NHBP.

Wetsand with 1500 then polish? I wanted to try and stay away from this because I don't want to break through the clear. Are there any chemicals that'll take the primer off?

Thanks!

You can try to put some lacquer thinner on a rag and try to get it off with that. Just dont rub it in toooo much.
