Default just bought dc2 type r seats for my CRX....now what?

This is totally putting the cart before the horse, but I got a good deal on some JDM ITR Recaros, and now get to look forward to installing them into my CRX. I'm determined to do it, have limited skills, but a great shop to work at and will document the process to make it easier for anybody else who might want to (or not) try this themselves.

In that vein, has anybody tried this specific seat swap? Thanks in advance for your input.

Indeed, I had previously utilized various search terms and indeed found and read this this thread for myself prior to posting (but thank you regardless), but two things I found wanting. First, that particular fellow used the DC5 Integra (read RSX) version and not the DC2 version that I have, and secondly, his successful installation notwithstanding, the advice provided of "cut and weld" was a bit too succinct for me to make any substantive use out of it. I might be on my own on this one...
