no can do, you are a trial user. you have trial user privelages. meaning no avatar.

 

You should be able to change your avatar now.

 

normally, you'd click the "My Profile" link and then the "Avatar" link. from there, you should be able to upload your own pic. that should do it. but you may not be able to cause for some reason you have this in your profile even though you're a "normal member":

Unrestricted User Level

normal members don't have that in their profiles and trial members have this:

Restricted Trial User Level
