Default B16 head problems

Let me give u some back ground about what is done to the head. I had the casting flashes removed and polished a little bit. Jun spec 3 cams, skunk2 high lift double valve springs, Omni power hi-comp valves. And I skimmed a lot of the head to raise my CR.
My head surface is almost level with my skuice pad in my combustion chambers. I had to enlarge the inside of my valve guides as the stems of the omni power valves is a little bit larger.:help::help:
This is an allmotor build. No my valves are not touch pistons.
I just have this weird noise and I can not get it sorted.
I also have set the valve clearances to the right spec. Plse help

In my language they call it RIEM. It is a delicate process to enlarge the hole to a specific size.

I meant did you do it yourself or was it done by a machinist/specialist? Or, both, if you are one.

What is the noise it makes? My head makes a lot of noise with the skunk2 springs and large cams as well, hard to describe I guess, it made me nervous at first but everything is assembled correctly and lash has been checked and rechecked many times.

I have changed the springs with standard springs and the noise was still there.
It was done by a machinist.

Default FV-QR

In this language its spelled REAM.

What kind of clearance was there before they opened them up?

I haven't used any omni valves, but I find it hard to believe they were tight enough to need the guides reamed and not just honed a tiny bit for the correct clearence.

Where they new guides or original, and were they honed properly after you reamed them?

What clearence do you have now do you know?

What size(bore) are the pistons, and what deck height are they at?
