PLEASE SOMEONE THAT KNOWS ABOUT HONDAS HELP ME
I have a honda civic ex. It has a 1.6 vtec but there is a rod threw the block. I have a d15 motor to put in it but Im not sure If the wiring harness and computer will work. Does anyone know? Someone said I could put the vtec head on the d15 block? Is this true. I am pretty knew to hondas but I love them. I would really like to know what I can and should do? Does a wiring harness from a 1.6 vtec work on a d15 or will I have to switch it? Will a 1.6 vetec head work on a d15 block? If so what all do I have to do. Please help. Thanks in Advance. ~JOE~

possibility....you can, because you can do a mini me swap (si shortblock with vtec head).....search on google and you will find your answer
