Default What weight oil - '97 5-speed Civic?

What weight transmission oil for a '97 5-speed Civic?

What's recommended for standard transmission oil? My Honda manual says to use "Honda fluid".
I just bought my '97 Civic HX and want to give it fresh fluid.

I'm going for long transmission life and also best possible mpg. Thinner lube will help mpg but I have no clue what type or weight of fluid is recommended.
