Default Dizzy, CKP porblem, OBD1 LS .. Searched and confused

I have an 88 Civic hatch, with an OBD1 Swap. Rywire did the OBD0 to OBD1 conversion. It was running good until it threw a CEL. I checked the codes and it was 4 (CKP). and at the same time i decided to replace the head gasket. ( when i was takin my head off the cam cap bolts were tightened to tight by sum stupid Fu** that owned it before me.) so i had to swap out the head with an LS OBD2. But i used the OBD1 LS DIzzy. WHen i started it it sputtered and ran like complete shat. Timing was off a lil but was then fixed.
I tried another dizzy from a buddies LS and still ran like shat and threw the same code CKP. I looked at the wiring and everything seemed to be ok. Does anyone have a wiring diaragram from OBD0-OBD1 or any info on the color of the wires going from the motor (DIZZY) to the ecu that could be messed up.
