Default building a b18c i need some advice????!!!!!!!!1

so i have a b18c and i want to rebuild it a little but wondering wut to put in it and wut brands...

so i want to put cams in it but dont noe wut kind i have heard buddy club and skunk 2 are good but then a friend of mine says type r cams will work better?????

i want to change the valve train but dont noe wut kinda brand i should put in that will be good for the cams i decide to run ???????

if someone can get back to me with this info it would be great thanx alot

what are you looking to spend and what are you looking to make out of it ? some are better then others but depending on what you get a tune will do you really good to

do alot of research and study on your subject before you tackle the task....it seem like you are confuse and can not make a choice...look on ebay and get your complete build from there.....

Actually i do have something better to say. Instead of spending money on building a motor, use it to get your GED so you can communicate on a level that isn't equal to that of a second grader.
