Im having the dreaded oil in the spark plug hole issue and its not at the valve cover seals. Is there a writeup on changing these ?

It's really pretty easy to change cam tower seals. If you can do a valve adjustment you can do the seals. Just take the valve cover off and remove the 8? bolts that attach the valve train to the head. You don't even need to pull the camshaft out.

Well think about it. The valve train is on top of the camshaft since it's the upper half of the cam bearing. So once you remove that you have the seals right there and the camshaft is sitting happily in it's place. If you're worried about jumping time just get a small spring clamp and put it on the cam so the belt won't move.

Does that require a valve adjustment after putting the rocker assy back or does the adjustment stay just as it was, after you put it all back together??

[[OK, I'm semi-educated on this.
I did a valve adjustment on my Civic once and on other cars eons ago.

So, to change the tube seals on our Accord, I pull the valve cover and then just remove the hold-down screws for the rocker assembly? That exposes the leaky tube seals??]]

It is recommended that you back off the valve adjusting screws before removing the rocker assembl; then just readjust them all after reinstallation. Not backing them off may adversely affect the preload on the hold down bolts when reassembling.
