Just bought the car so i dont know!

First question is my radiator fan is all hooked up but doesnt turn on when motor gets warm. It does work when i take the cooling fan fuse and lift that lever on it then it turns on so the fan works. The part that confuses me is i noticed that i am missing a connector plug for 2 wires that arent there either. Theres a plug with 2 wires right above it that looks like its plugs in by the vtec solinoid i think its the oil presure switch not sure but the one im missing i have no idea what thats for its under what i thinks the oil pressure switch. So what i need to know is what is located under the oil pressure switch and what i need to get that fan to kick on when the car heats up! Thanks for any help i might get!
