Wastegate help!!!! Please help!!!!

Wastegate help!!!! Please help!!!!
I have an external wastegate on my car and just today the top port on the wastegate started pulling vacum, i have my vacum hose on the side port(if you put your finger over it, you can feel it)
Now when it gets to full boost it makes a weird and doesnt act right.. PLease help. thanks

take the wastegate apart and put lock tight on the set screws
the wastegate should be hooked up to the turbo not the intake manifold
drill and tap your compressor with 1/8"npt and hook up the wastegate there
