Default Hesitation ONLY in Vtec

Problem: Car hesitates/surges/cuts out when in Vtec, intermittently have you. It can get through a clean gear at times and other times it crosses over and instantly cuts out, then lets go, climbs through some rpm, then cuts out again.
Note, there is NO CEL's and has been dyno tuned, plugs, coil packs, TPS sensor, o2 sensor, grounds, fuel filter, have all been replaced.
My last hopes of figuring this all out is cleaning the MAP sensor, checking oil pressure to the head and cleaning/rebuilding injectors. I would think most oil/fuel/electrical issues would show up on the datalog or throw a CEL, so I find it quite odd that nothing was showing up and could not be fixed by Locash.
Any/all insight and advice would be much appreciated.
2001 Integra Type R with a K20A(I/H/E), tuned on Kpro by Locash(218/150 with 110 IAT's)
Thanks in advance,
Rhett

this is full throttle vtec?
edit- and what plugs are you running, and do you have a copy of the hondata file (could be some settings, or a choppy spot in the map somewhere),
and what condition is the battery/charging system (everything good n clean/tight)?

and are you running 5w20 oil (hopefully)? maybe even mobil1...
theres good, strong ground signal near your vtec solenoid?... just thinkin...

Check your wiring harness for shorts. Check your grounds.

.....like Phil M mention...ground is your most important thing regarding to VTACH....with a sh*&^% ground or wrong gauge...vtec is nothing but sluggish...also run a oil pressure gauge.....psi should be atleast 75 to 80psi at full throttle and 10-15 @ idle...I could be wrong but check owners manuel.

oil is one thing but you should check your wiring.... check to see if your cap and rotor is bad.
