13" Steelies won't fit on my 93 EX :(

I bought a set of 13" steelies from a del sol, but they won't fit on the front.

What size brakes do I have?

Is 14" the minimum wheel size that will fit on my front wheels?

The EX and Si models came with 10.2 inch front brakes and require a minimum of 14" wheels.
