yea it will fit you have to change headlights, fenders, hood, bumper and rad. support.

i dont think it'll fit. i know the 99-00 headlights are slightly diff than the 96-98, and i think this difference causes the bumpers, etc to not fit right. im not positive on this but if i were you i wouldn't buy your friends front clip yet.

I have a 98 civic with the same conversion. I bought my civic crashed so I replaced eveything with 2000 si parts from the dealer.

I wish people would stop saying "you need to change the radiator support" - where the **** did you morons here this in the first place? Obviously you didn't do the conversion yourself or you would know that you don't have to touch the radiator support. Stupid *****.
