How high does your civic lx rev at 70 mph, mine seems quite high.

in fifth gear i think its around 3. not positive. ur talking about an lx with a 5spd manual right.

 

AT, under 2500 RPMs.

 

Hondas are naturally high-revving. Thats why we love them.

But I can't imagine it being higher than 4000-4500 rpms

How high is it exactly. It's hard to approximate relative revs without an actual number.

 

i think for me it's between 3k or 3.5K on a M/T lx

 

ya im between 3000k and 3500k dependin on if im givin it a lil gas or just sittin there at 70mph

 

thanks guys sounds pretty normal, i'm just used to my old v6 accord that would do about 95 mph at 3000rpm.

 

Im with 08CivicLX, on cruise control at 70 im sitting around 3,000, 3,500.
