2001 Accord - Sun Visors Not Working Correctly
Hello everyone!
I have a 2001 Accord and I'm having a minor problem with it. My sun visors no longer stay in place and "droop" when they are deployed. I took the assembly apart and it seems like a shot spring is the cause. Does anyone have any experience with a "do-it-yourself" type fix for this problem? Thank you very much for your help, and please let me know if my problem needs clarification.

I work for a salvage yard and, as far as I know, there's not a way to fix that. Usually if I sell a sunvisor it's because the spring's broken or the visor was missing when they bought the car.
I'm having the same "droop" problem. I can't believe that, as smart as everyone on here is, that someone hasn't figured out how to tighten these things . . . . .
