Default need help with adjustable cam sprockets on ls v-tech

just wondering cause it helped alot on my ls so any suggestions would be appreciated thanks

Has the block been decked? Head been milled? What duration/lift are the cams? Are the valves STD. or OS? Is your motor going to benefit from it? Is the motor tuned? How deep are your valve reliefs?

im not for sure but the guy i got it from said that it hastype r cams and it has been ported and polished and the valves do look different than stock he said it also has a type r crank and jdm si or type r pistons
