Random misfire

Random misfire
hey everyone,
iv had this problem for a while now and still havent worked out what it is. i start my EG hatch up in the morning, and it runs fine, no problem. when my car warms up i seem to get a misfire, if im in 4th gear doing 50 mph - 60 mph with my foot steady on the gas it starts to missfire and i can feel the engine jolting along untill i push the peddle down abit further to accelirate, it then clears. so im constantly on and off the gas because if not it misfires when highway driving any suggestions?? oh yea i replaced my ignition coil with another distributor ignition coil, i have a honda civic vx? (d15z1) and i think a different d series ignition coil is it in it now, would that make a difference??
