I've already searched and can't find my answer so if someone can give me the link or answer my questions that'd be awesome. I'm putting my car back to stock engine to smog. It's a 99 LS and I'm putting another obd2a engine in. The engine that's going in it had an automatic tranny but I'm gonna use my 00 gsr manual tranny. Will my flywheel and clutch off the gsr bolt up? Will the LS wiring harness meant for an auto tranny work with my gsr manual tranny?

 

OK found that my flywheel and clutch will bolt up no problem. What about the wiring harness?
