Default racing seats

can u put any racing seat in any car? and what do u need to do that like where can u get the bracket

Most of the time custom brackets will be needed most major brands sell brackets.

yea, usually you use the stock mounts on aftermarket brackets, and drill holes
I've been looking for a cheap one on ebay,
Cbecause I slide around too much on my stock seat

aftermarket seats are great for support (I slide around alot too) but I've heard some of the cheap seats (like the $89 autozone APC's) aren't all that safe.. just a thought

haha, I forgot about this thread
The rite way is, you put the sliders that come with the seat on aftermarket brackets like here.



but as you see, my brackets were off so I'm returning them


I put my stock sliders on the side-mounts of the seat after removing the aftermarket sliders



and it's not so bad, f1spec type 5 seat, holds real well, because they're so small
