The car was Vortech supercharged....originally on the stock motor...burned a valve on a batch of chrappy gas @ the track and then freshend up with new bearings and pistons. The SC kit broke a little while after, so the kit was pulled off, and the car was driven for another year and a half..... I had the SC kit fixed and put back on....where it broke again after 2 months....so I banished it to the scap heap and went back to NA...
If I was to keep it, I would put 11.5:1 back in it.... but for a 9.7:1 motor 185whp is not bad
