ok so i just bought a Apexi VAFC I and wired it up but i know nothing about tuning that thing... i have read that if you do the wrong thing that it could cause damage. so i was wondering if any one could give me a guide line to go on tuning this thing.

JDM D15B block with D16Y8 V-Tec head full exhaust and just a cone filter on the intake.
