Little Help With My B16 Build!!!!

I am building a jdm b16 and im am tryin to make 200 all motor, I also want it to be reliable with some *** behind her. I have a lot of ideas but I'm just trying to get a little input from others.

Give me some ideas on what i should do (parts, headwork, etc.)

A stock block b16 wont give you those numbers.....Search b16 dyno.
