cel code 36

i have a code 36 this is a b16 running a p30 just installed i also have a code 14 iacv.
not sure what the 36 is i can't find it anywhere what it means.

trying to scan a chart they have in honda tuner mag but my scanner dont work...sorry..i tried

no charts have a code 36 on them that is what i can't understand if i could find out what it means i prolly would be able to fix it.

MT or AT?
Usually Honda codes in the 30s are for the AUTO plug in the ECU...Are you sure your reading it right? Tell us blinks and their intervals...You'll get the answer quicker that way....Thanks
