I just bought a 1990 CRX Si from someone I knew. The gauge cluster has had new gauge faces put on. When I turn my lights on, the instrument lights, tail lights, and the tag lights do not work. However when I turn the park lights on, the tag lights and tail lights as well as the instrument lights come on. Also when the beams are on and the other lights are off, when I turn on the left blinker, they come on. Can someone help me with this?

Start with looking at your fuses

 

I did... the fuses are fine. If the fuses were bad, they wouldn't come on at all.
