Default DIY HELP! Springs.

I put on eibach sportlines last night and took it for a test drive and there's a knocking/popping noise coming from the *** end (passenger rear to be exact) and I have no idea what to do. I did notice the front is perfectly even on both sides but the rear drivers side is about a half an inch higher then the rear passenger side. I tried taking it apart again, readjusting the spring, making sure everything was tight, letting it sit for a while to settle and nothing seems to work, it is still making a noise. It sounds like real quick metal to metal bang, not really a drawn out rubbing sound. It happens during normal driving (very minimal bumps) and obviously gets a little worse when there's a bit bigger bumps in the road... and I am totally done messing with it for the night...

I know you guys know your stuff and I would love your help.

Thanks!

did you make sure everything is back on nice and tight and that your spring is seated properly?

random question, but did mess with your swaybar besides loosening it from its endlinks?

I followed the DIY from 8thcivic to a T. But yea I took off the bottom part of the sway bar off, not just loosened... and everything went smooth, besides for the F-IN noise.

I fixed it, it was something really really dumb, The top nut on the sway bar wasn't all the way tight, and I mean I couldn't even move it with my hand to reproduce the noise, but it tightened about half a turn more then it was with some superman strength and the noise is gone... thanks for the help guys, and especially pd0019.

This is why I love honda-tech.

Much appreciated.
