Default 1992 Accord Need Help

I have a 1992 Honda Accord and I am having problems with the car overheating while im idling in traffic once I continue with normal driving though the temperature returns to normal. The fluid levels are normal and I replaced the thermostat....any suggestions on what the problem could be? O and by the way the Fans do work and turn on while the car is at idle....

Sounds like a poor flow problem......plugged up radiator?
You can check for temp difference between the top and bottom hoses.
T-stat not opening fully could cause this too.
Have you opened the bleed valve to be sure there is no air trapped in the block?
