Default Door lock motor

Alright, I'll try to explain this to you the best I can, I am about ready to sell my cd5 because of all the random dumb(and expensive)**** that's been going wrong.

So, I took off my driver side door panel to disconnect my window regulator (again) and put the panel it back on. A day later when I locked my doors, they made a buzzing noise, mainly from the driver rear and front pass, but they still locked, so i left it for a day and got worse Almost like all the doors were making the same noise, So on Saturday, I checked all the doors and then it was only front pass side this time (you could feel the vibration on the outside of the door) and I disconnected the lock actuator. Ordered up the part and waiting till this weekend to put it in. No more noise until Sunday morn, locked the doors and it happened again, this time its the rear driver again. So I figure its not the lock motor/actuator unless they both happen to go bad at the same time, and my pass rear doesn't work at all (hasn't since I bought it).

To sum it up, buzzing from pass front door, disconnect/no more noise. Next day, driver rear makes noise, both still lock. Driver front is fine, rear pass has never worked (2+ yrs)

So what's the problem?

Buzzing = bad door lock actuator

You said you just replaced the front passengers? If so, then the driver's rear is bad too.

Front went bad and I disconnected it and was going to fix this weekend. Then a day later my driver rear started making the same noise. So both sides went bad at the same time? And has nothing to do with me possibly[freak]ing anything up while taking out the driver window regulator right?

Haha no, they go bad over time, there's a quick fix in the Accord FAQ I believe involving a screw to fix that spring location.

You could try that.

They just go bad over time, it was poorly designed in my opinion. As were our power windows (why they're so slow)
