old school 14x7, 0 offset, 4x114.3, unknown manufacturer, SoCal

I measured these and they seem to be 14" x 7" wide, they are 0 offset, 4x114.3 bolt pattern, and they weigh 16 lbs each.
They are old, but they don't have any major things wrong with them, other than a few scratches.
