Wheel Bolts?

I am posting this for a friend, he has 15" enkei racing S wheels. he was wondering if there are any bolts that he can get as replacements for his (since he plans on refinishing his wheels). he said that he contacted enkei and they said that they do not sell the bolts.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks
