Default Possible Clutch/Pressure plate issues?

I posted this in the CRX forum but I figured that this forum is much more specialized in trying to help me explain what is going on.

Setup:
B16a2 in a 1990 CRX DX, hasport mounts, stock everything else

I have a vibration at around 3000 to 4000 rpm, especially in 3rd gear but does happen in other gears. I have tried playing with my clutch adjustment and that seems to alleviate the problem a bit but theres no way to get rid of the vibration. It is only when i get on the gas. If I am in 3rd and I get to that RPM the car will vibrate until i get out of that range, but even if i am in that range and I get off the gas it will go away.

This leads me to believe I have a pressure plate problem or the clutch isnt grabbing evenly and that uneven, unbalanced rotation is causing my issues.

Any help here? And if it is what I think, what is a good clutch kit/manufacturer to get? I dont plan on doing more then an exhaust/intake setup so would a stage 2 setup do much vs a stage 1?

Thanks!
