What sensors can be deleted on crome?

What sensors can be deleted on chrome?
I am just wondering what I can have my tuner delte when he tunes the car. By this, I mean can he delete things like the MAP sensor, 02 sensors, etc.

I was just throwing it out there, not saying I wanted it gone. They were just the 2 things I could think of off of the top of my head.
