Default d16y8...anyone running obd2?

Its an 89 crx si with a d16y8 in it. Its all obd0 now with a pr3 ecu!
I wanna get it running like stock so should i run obd2?

Any advantages?

Also, why do some run this motor obd1 when it came obd2?

The dizzy is only bolted in with 1 bolt on top and it sucks cause it leaks oil. Not sure why previous owner did this! What dizzy bolts in with y8 head??
