hi, my friend just bought a 1990 honda civic hatchback (EF, d16) and after a few days of doing little things like painting, adjusting suspension, etc we found something happened and the car wont start at all...NOTHING....not one thing is starting up when we turn the key, SO ANYWAY i was wondering if someone here knew how to do (or if its even possible on this car) a self diagnostic test on the ecu.
