Default throttle bodie synchronizing

i have fitted ninja 600 throttle bodies to my honda civic and now ive been told a will have to synchronise the throttle bodies to get them to run equal, how can this be done?

any info would be great thanks

what year civic? unless it was already carbed, it is strange to do it to an injected car which are after 88 right?

I dont know how to synch I think I need to do it on my bike.

i just did a quick google of "synchronise the throttle bodies" and it looks like theres loads of info out there. it seems you might need Vacuum Gauges.

i never realized this was required with FI, thought it was only with carbs

my bad, I thought you meant carb sync on a civic,

I didnt think you needed it since the ecu handles that right?

LOL you dont sync throttle bodies, for they are electronic carburetors. The ecu tells them when to close/open via TPS.

err, if he is putting ITBs on a civic, he will need to sync them. all the throttle bodies need to open the same amount, just like carb butterflies do.

You can get them fairly close by setting them at full closed and working back from there, or get yourself a 4 post/cylinder vacuum gauge and set them, thats the most accurate way as said earlier.
