2000 Integra LS Transmission Problem
I have a 2000 Integra LS Automatic. Yesterday I was driving and the exhaust pipe broke off right after the catalytic convertor. Right then the speedometer stopped working.
It was rusted like crazy. I took it to get that fixed and got the entire exhaust system replaced. But the guy at the exhaust shop said I had some problem with the tranny. Now when I drive it, I have put on D1 first and then start driving and slowly move it up to D (DRIVE) slowly as the car speeds up. If I put on Drive from the start, the car barely moves.
Does anybody know what could cause this or have similar problems? is it something with the speed sensor? after dropping $600 on the exhaust system this is driving me crazy.
