Than, you get those people that decide to not look behind them before backing up.




I was soo mad.
Worse thing is, I still dont know if the guys insurance is going to pay for it. For all I know, he could have told them that I rear ended him.. And, I dont have collision insurance on my car through my insurance company.

Whether his insurance is paying for it or not, I will most likely be doing a 99-00 front end conversion to it. The radiator support was bent a little from when he hit me, but I will probably just tap that up with a hammer to where it is supposed to be.

 

As long as you are adamant that his reverse lights were on it will be his fault. If you are in reverse and hit something it is your fault regardless of the circumstances. GL man.

 

Problem is I had no proof. It is his word against mine.
We were going to do it under the table for that reason. I had a hard time getting a hold of him, than found out that he contacted his insurance when I got a call from them, so hopefully he told them he backed into me, so I can just get my car fixed without paying out of my own pocket.
