FS-Ohio: 1991 Civic Si Hatch
(Located in Cincinnati, Ohio. PM me for VIN and phone # if serious.)
Up for sale is a 1991 Honda civic si hatch (teal in color) with 222,xxx miles on it. I've been driving this car to and from work all summer, and it has never given me a problem. This car will drive for a while longer as long as it's taken care of.
Good:
-Fresh tune up just completed (plugs/wires/timing, etc.)
-35 mpg average
-Runs perfect, starts up instantly
-Transmission is PERFECT, no grinds/no popping out of gear
-Working a/c (ice cold)
-Working moonroof
-New windshield just installed
Bad:
-Normal rip in seats, two holes in rear seats (smaller than a quarter each)
-Rebuilt salvage title (car was hit when previous owner had it, was totaled by insurance company b/c car was so cheap, but was rebuilt. Drives fine)
-Minor rust coming through near wheel wells (shown in pictures)
-Clear coat is peeling, but the body is very straight other than that
-Crack in one headlight, but I have a replacement for it
-Front windshield washer fluid pump just went out, so I switched the front one and the back one. It's not a big deal, but to spray the windshield you have to hit the button for the rear sprayer.
As I said, this car runs and drives great. It will make a perfect car to get around, take to work, and for the winter. There is nothing wrong mechanically, just a few cosmetics.
Price wise, I'm looking for around $1400
