Default Rust Repair Need Help

Below is a picture of the rust I'm trying to fix. The only question I have is how to remove the windshield trim. Does it just pop off and on with a flat head of something? I didn't try popping if off yet cuz I didn't know if there was anything needed to put it back on.. Anybody that could lend me some advise that would be great thanks.

To really get that done right you're going to need to take that front glass out

You should be able to pop off the trim piece but you will likely damage the plastic clips that hold it on. I would just pull it off and then order some new clips to replace the ones you break (hondaautomotiveparts.com, slhondaparts.com, etc). That is generally the way these pieces are held on, but I am not 100% certain your particular car is like that
