Default problems w/ type r head on a gsr block?

anyone know if i will have any clearance issues with valves or anything if i throw on a type r head to a stock gsr block? anything i should consider?

How is that going to be an issue? you asked if there would be any valve clearance issues and there won't be. .2-.3 lower compression is one thing that will change. Perhaps you should tell us why you want to do this?

so then it would be a very minimal change and not a big deal i am assuming.
i am just swapping heads, mainly because my head needs to be rebuilt/ seals etc and i got a type r head that had been rebuilt already for a good price and i just have to throw some new valve seals on it
