B18A1 Exhaust Port Questions
New to forum. 
Noticed on B18A1 DOHC head that the exhaust port by the coolant inlet has a small hole that appears to let exhaust warm up the coolant.
Does this hurt flow?
Has anybody attempted to fill this & are there any warm up or other problems from it?
