And NO JDM DC5-R will ever be street legal. It will only be for racing on the track, or for taking to the occasional show.

ok, so this would be illegal, but if you imported a Dc5-R ...and already owned a RSx- just take of the ITR stickers, swap the vin #'s , and no one would be the wiser

Yea, if I'm paying like 200 dollars, I make sure the seller has a good feedback rating or else I don't buy it.. for 20-30k.. you'd be dumb if you bid cause the chances of you getting ripped off are a lot more..
