The price sounds right, as long as it was taken care of (not beat all the time, oil changes etc.) How is the paint? It tends to fade on the roof/horizontal portions of the body if it isn't waxed, rust around wheel wells etc. 120,xxx isnt bad for a honda, you will start to replace small items but it should still run strong for a while if you take care of it
